HERSTORY combines all of these elements into collages which are pieced together [by HAND] in layers, affixed to everyday - textured hair grooming tools and decor accessories… Brushes, Hand Mirrors, Mirror Compacts, Fans, Light Switch Plates, Candles, Wall Art…and more.
HERSTORY’s designs are based on vintage ethnic imagery [14 - 19th century]. To preserve the antique character of the images, imperfections that are found in the source materials such as tears and discoloration remain in the finished pieces of decoupage. Colors may vary slightly each time the same piece is made. All of the products we make are hand made and natural variations may occur.
